Orlando plan review · PREiQ
Find the questions in your plans before a reviewer sends them back.
A preliminary review of existing drawings, with clear findings for the people responsible for correcting them. Available whether your plans came from us or another design team.
A useful review tells you what was found and where to look.
We confirm the review coverage, document revisions and available jurisdiction information before beginning. Findings distinguish drawing conflicts, missing information and code questions.
When a finding depends on a code provision or local requirement, its basis needs to be identified and verified. Where information is unavailable, the uncertainty remains visible.
Drawing references
Sheet locations and affected items so your team can trace the comment back to the plans.
Supporting basis
The drawing comparison or available source that explains the finding, with uncertainty identified.
Actionable comments
What needs to be clarified, coordinated or corrected, without treating every question as a confirmed violation.
Review deliverables
A clear record of what needs attention.
Your findings identify the drawings reviewed, the affected locations and the basis for each comment. Open questions remain visible so your team can assign the next step.
A standalone review provides findings for your design team. If you also need drawing revisions or help responding to the building department, we confirm that work in the proposal.
Using the findings
Keep your design team involved.
Who makes the corrections?
For a standalone review, the findings go to you and your design team. If you want us to help revise the drawings, that work is scoped separately. When we prepare the plan set, review and correction work are included in the agreed development scope.
Do you review the entire set?
The coverage is confirmed before work begins. It may be a full-set review or selected disciplines, with supporting pages used for context. We identify the documents and revisions included.
Is PREiQ an approval or certification?
No. PREiQ supports preliminary plan review. It does not issue permits, certify compliance or replace the authority having jurisdiction or a licensed design professional.
