This finding comes from our residential design study. The R05 review issue recorded a mismatch between the wall envelope on the plans and the assembly shown elsewhere in the set.

Coordinate the wall assembly before relying on the room dimensions.
- What was recorded
- The plans allowed approximately 6 inches for the wall. The scheduled build-up was approximately 15 inches, while the illustrated section was deeper again.
- Why it matters
- A thicker wall changes the usable space inside the same footprint. Openings, fixtures and net room dimensions need to be checked against the chosen assembly.
- The required next step
- Resolve the assembly with the responsible designers, then coordinate the plans, section and affected dimensions. The review issue kept this item open.

Who makes the corrections?
For a standalone review, the findings go to you and your design team. If you want us to help revise the drawings, that work is scoped separately. When we prepare the plan set, review and correction work are included in the agreed development scope.
Do you review the entire set?
The coverage is confirmed before work begins. It may be a full-set review or selected disciplines, with supporting pages used for context. We identify the documents and revisions included.
Is PREiQ an approval or certification?
No. PREiQ supports preliminary plan review. It does not issue permits, certify compliance or replace the authority having jurisdiction or a licensed design professional.
